I haven't been to a Pollo Tropical in many years. I don't feel like this is even fast food. I mean, yes it was ready quickly, but the food was fresh. And it tasted homemade quality. I didn't expect that TBH. Service was funny, friendly and fast.

I have gone to this pollo tropical a countless amount of times. My son who’s super picky with his food absolutely loves this chicken with the cilantro sauce which we can get an unlimited amount of. The customer service here is great as they’re always welcoming. My most recent experience was takeout, and you can see in the picture that the chicken was devoured by my son. Amazing service and delicious food!
